City of VENICE International Backgammon Tournament
From November 30, 2006 until December 3, 2006 at Venice casino
Come and play in the magnificent and historical palace of Ca' Vendramin-Calergi, in Venice city center , in an hall overlooking the Canal Grande; and the entrance procedures will be made easier for the occasion.
The new dates - 30th November / 3rd December - offer you a Venice to be visited with not to much tourism, and on the other hand perfectly fit the International calendar.
You will be given a voucher with the free entry and a welcome drink+snack ; at the tournament you also will be given a free 10-euro coin to be played Friday evening; at last you'll take part at the prize-giving cocktail .
An added prize of 11,000 euros and furthermore 4 Renzo Romagnoli boards, 3 Snowie CDs and more than 40 trophies.

The more Players that turn up the more Tournaments there will be.
We expect a turnout of about 40 - 60 Players.
One off table fees for Tournament Players is just £1.
Some Pools are Obligatory others are Optional.
